Cloudflare R2 Object storage is $15/TB so 3 times the cost of the 3 vendors in this post. Cloudflare does not charge egress fees but they charge for object operations.

Hello everyone, Just wanted to keep the community current: we recently released a major performance update to IDrive e2 which will boost the performance of all S3 calls.

And we have expanded more regions in the EU and the next expansion is going to be the Asia Pacific and Australia regions. Will keep you all posted.!

Awesome news! Since I originally wrote this post iDrive has improved a lot. Went from 9 storage regions to 13 (more than Wasabi 12). Once you add regions in Asia & Australia you will be competing head to head with Wasabi in terms of geographical advantage. I haven't had time to test the new speed improvements in iDrive. Are these improvements in terms of upload/download speed or in navigating thru the buckets?

It's great to see that iDrive is now listed in the "Unofficial object storage compatibility list for Veeam Backup & Replication"
