Getting session not open errors...

Help Please,

We started getting the following errors when trying to offload to our SOBR on AWS:
1) "Session not open"
2) When I open the job it says "Ssh file commander operation failed"
3) And then this "Processing finished with errors"

This is currently for VM backups done with a proxy which are sent to a Exagrid and then to AWS...

Thanks it had been a few weeks and so I was hoping to maybe get a hit but they did contact me and the issue comes from immutable backups being setup after data was in the bucket. For the current version 10.xx Veeam can't go back and put a version number on the previous backups...
