I have issues with Veeam not OFFLOADING to AWS and the issue is always "0 backup files will be moved to the capacity tier".
UPLOAD won't work even though the backup is sealed every after each SYNTHETIC FULL. Tried INCREMENTAL and REVERSE-INCREMENTAL but still no joy.
Sadly, I have 2 Veeam technicians looking into this with Case # 03756548 but it's already a month now, yet offloading still don't work.
Any hint please?

I looked at the case briefly and indeed it does not look good: your support engineers could not provide a solution for over 1 month, however T3 support and R&D are still not engaged. I asked support management to review the case.
In general, there are currently no known issues with AWS S3 integration (we get consumption reports from Amazon and they grow by a few PBs every month). So, it is more likely that it's some misconfiguration on your side, rather than a product issue.
