Template backup using Storage Integration

Hi,

I get an error backing up VM Templates "Failed to Prepare VM for Processing" when using Storage Snapshot integration (HP 3PAR in this case). Is there a workaround or have I missed an option somewhere? I've turned off all Guest Processing options but that didn't help. Turning off Storage integration works however.

Mike, there's a known issue regarding backing up templates from storage snapshots that will be addressed in the next version. Please contact support to verify whether you're experiencing the same behavior. Thanks.
