Please suggest me how much more memory i neede on my hyper-v host servers. Please let me know what should i keep as Deduplication

Ray, please review Veeam B&R system requirements. Basically, if you're performing on-host backup (i.e. your host plays the role of the backup proxy), you need 4GB of memory plus 500MB for each running backup/replication job. Btw, where have you installed Veeam B&R?

For iSCSI drive it is recommended to set Local target for storage optimization setting.

Veem is installed on basic server with 4gb ram. if i used off-host backup proxy what will be the benefit. is take entire load on backup server and keep host server free from High I/O.???. i want to use compression please suggest.

The main benefit will be that production host will be freed up from load caused by backup activity - everything will be put on shoulders of backup server. According to the system requirements mentioned by Foggy, the backup server seems to be underprovisioned on memory. Thanks.
