Monthly Tape Schedule

Hi,

In the What's new for v8 it mentions the following enhancement:

"Monthly jobs can now be configured to run on a particular day of the month (e.g., 1st or 31st), in addition to the first or last day of the week of a month."

Is there any reason why this option was excluded from the Monthly schedule for Backup to Tape jobs?

The option is there for normal Backup jobs but it would be real handy to be able to kick off a monthly backup to tape job on a particular day without having to use Windows Scheduler and Powershell.

This schedule option would be added for backup to tape / file to tape jobs in the upcoming releases. Thank you.

Hi,

We would like to request a feature request regarding scheduling backup job to tape. Currently it is not possible to select : last day of the month. We would like to see this scheduling option in future releases of Veeam.
