Export Configuration in Veeam Backup & Replication 6.0

Post by lsalemmi »

Hi, I can't find any option in my Veeam Backup to export the server configuration. How can I do it?

There was no option to do that in version 6. You should upgrade your existing installation if you want to use it. Thanks!

By the way, are there any good reasons to stay on such an obsolete product version that is not even supported any longer? Thanks.

Thank you for the reply.

Can I use the Backup files (stored in a NAS) to recover the Veeam Backup server if it crash? How can I do? Exist is a procedure?

Thanks

Yes, if you happen to lose your backup server, you can re-deploy it on a clean server, and then import backups from the NAS device and run the restore task.
