New Features Veeam B&R v8

Hello,
I don't know if is here where I can write new features from Veeam B&R v8:
1.- I would like that file copy works as Robocopy. For example if I want to copy resources CIFS from NetApp to other hardware added to the same domain. If I use file copy the ACL Security Access doens't copy.
2.- Using File Copy for the same scenario that point 1. If a file is Bloqued, the job stop and fail. I would like that the job works to the end and finally display what files cannot copy to destination
3.- In any job, the possibility to run a script at the begining or the end of the job.
