Can't start Veeam service

The Veeam program installed in a VM Windows XP machine with vCenter/SQL express 2005 , after reboot the VM can't start Veeam service and can't manaully start the service.

The error when start Veeam program:
Veeam Backup and FastSCP service is not running . Please start the service and click Retry

The error when start Veeam service:
I can't show the error to you, because it's chinese, but the error code is 1069.

I have been done the following for vCenter, but I don't know is it caused Veeam service cannot be start:

OK, this means there's an issue with service account in Veeam Backup and FastSCP service settings (wrong password or account locked out). Please try to update the saved password to current password of this account. Alternatively, you can just switch the service to run under Local System account.
