If we enable rotating usb.
will the restore point on the rotating usb-drives be deleted when they are inserted again?

To keep in mind - every rotated drive will have its own backup chain and every backup chain will have its own retention.

yup, the will all have max the retention set in the backup setting I presume, and if the customer change daily with 3 USB-drives a 1 month retention actually willl cover 3 months, correct?

Yes, that's correct. Every rotated drive will have the backup chain that is controlled by the configured retention policy.
