Create Recovery Media
Hi,
Do I need to create for each client a separate recovery media?
Or can I use the same media for all clients?
My clients are:
- Windows 2008 R2 x64 bit
- Windows 2012 R2 x64 bit
- Windows 7 x64 and x32 bit
Thanks
Michael

Re: Create Recovery Media
Hello,
Having a singe recovery media for all these OS may cause recovery issues due the verity of storage and network adapters. I’d recommend you to keep of recovery media per OS: here is (or make a multi boot device) an open discussion on how to create a unified recovery media.

Re: Create Recovery Media
Hello,
Thanks for the answer.
I do not need multiboot media, but according to the article I need a medium for Win 7 32bit and 64bit, 2008 R2 64bit and 2012 R2 64bit. Correct?
The driver I can add always when I boot with the recovery media.
Best regards and thanks
Michael

Re: Create Recovery Media
Yes, that's correct. It's better to have a recovery media for each type of operating system you're running in your infrastructure.
