Rackforce Veeam cloud service down since Feb 27th.

Veeam peple, you should put some resources into checking why Rackforce Veeam cloud service is down (at least for me) since Feb 27, 2016. They were eager to flip to v.9 but it tanked, then it took them over a week to bring v.8 back and then still not working properly. This is serious problem and they seem to be not capable to resolve it.

Well, if they can't make v8 working for a week, perhaps the issue is with their infrastructure?
Anyway, I can check on their support case with us if you give me their support case ID?

Maybe, but all I know as a customer is that Veeam backup doesn't work.

This support case was opened less than 30 min ago and does not have any history. However, I've made the support management aware of it. Thanks!

Well as I said that's the last one. My support ticket is opened with them on Feb 28, 2016 09:16am. Since than they had couple of emergency maintenance windows and no resolution. They just scheduled new one for tomorrow.

Gostev, any updates on this? I just got info they finished their emergency maintenance yet I am still getting the same error message when I try to connect to v.8. Can you please look into this, I am getting desperate and those guys seem to be in pretty much same state.

I looked through the latest notes of support case 01696594, apparently at this point the issue is specific to your environment: "other clients are able to connect without issue". Support has now requested the logs from your side from the service provider... perhaps it will be easier and faster for you to start working directly with our support at this point for further troubleshooting over webex, now that it looks like Rackforce has no issues on their side? Thanks.

We're a Veeam Cloud Connect service provider that's successfully upgraded to v9. We also offer some unique recovery options for our clients. Our data center is in Atlanta, GA. Let me know if you need help making the switch. bramsey@corus360.com.

Is there some time travel involved here or is it some strange time zone? For me it's Feb 15th 2016 so and the issue hasn't happened yet? I know Veeam support are good but didn't realise they did time travel to fix issues before they happened! :D
