Dear Veeam,
As tested, when doing the backup for the inclusion files (include mask) i.e *.doc, *.xls, ...etc... it backs up all the folders even there is no *.doc, *.xls. But the backup folders without this files are blank. Is there any way, that if there is no inclusion files which define in the include mask, Veeam software won't backup this folder? Thanks.

Re: File Level Backup
Hi chanchoth,
Unfrotunately, confirmed with QA team that this is currently a 'by design' behavior. Added your post as a feature request to delete file hierarchy while performing the file level backup with include mask being set. Thanks!
