I just added a new host to one of our clusters and Veeam One is complaint that it doesn't have enough licensed sockets for the additional host. However we've upgraded our license count and installed the new license in Veeam Enterprise Manager weeks ago. Both Enterprise Manager and the Veeam B&R console show as having 4 available socket licenses. This new node has 2 sockets, but I can't seem to get Veeam One to see the new licenses. I had to reboot the Veeam One VM earlier this morning for an unrelated issue, but that didn't fix the issue either.
I moved a VM over to the new node and did a VeeamZip backup, hoping maybe that could force a re-evaluation of the licenses since that host hadn't actually had a VM on it that was being backed up....but that also made no difference. Any ideas?

Re: Unable to use license?
Enterprise Manager and VBR have nothing to do with Veeam ONE licensing. Try to upload the new Veeam ONE license. The licensing window should show how many sockets you have monitored and licensed.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Unable to use license?
Sigh.
That was it. Thanks. I forgot all about that screen.

Re: Unable to use license?
Glad the issue is resolved. Once you have a question, don`t hesitate asking.
