Which log file tracks tape movements (free/erase etc.)

Post by pkelly_sts »

I'm trying to figure out why a tape job is doing multiple unexpected full backups but before I log a case I want to make sure I hadn't done something stupid like marked a tape free that shouldn't have been etc.

So, is there any one log file that tape changes (such as media pool membership change, marking as free, erasing etc.) are recorded that I can review?

Thanks!

Hi! All these operations are logged in the Console log (ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Console).
