[FeatureReq] Global option for missing Tape Mail

Hello
In tape job config advanced settings VBR v9 allows to enable mail notification if a tape is required.
To use this custom notification settings have to be applied for each tape job, since this option is not available in global settings.

Please add this option to global settings to allow all tape jobs to notify for missing tapes instead of having to custom set it on each job (thereby also having to redefine recipients and so forth)

Hello,
There is a Set as Default button to remember the settings for jobs created in future. Also you can run a powershell script to change the checkbox setting for previously created jobs.

This option can be set in automatic fashion indeed. In order to do that you should use combination of these commandlets: set-vbrbackuptotapejob and new-vbrnotificationoptions. Thanks.

Obviously it can be done using PS
Nevertheless it would be nice to have a global option for that

The per-job settings (in my opinion) are used to set s.th. different than the "standard". Therefore a standard should be available
