replication warning on SQL server

Dear All,

on replication job I am getting the following warning at one sql server backup

SQL VSS Writer is missing: databases will be backed up in crash-consistent

I have tried all possible issues related to this error, from the follwing link

https://www.veeam.com/kb2095

I have changed Vss service logon from local system to domain admin account, restart the service , check sql server Databases there is DB name has any space there,
none of them fix the issue
the issue is recently occurred, I have another sql server is working fine with replication job

any reply or help would be highly appreciated

Also I would suggest reviewing Windows Event log for error events about SQL VSS Writer.

hii all thank for your replies
the issue is fixed after changing DB name
my developer choosed Db name contain (_) character so I asked him to remove after that everything was ok,
I also changed the service logon details on SQL writer from local system to admin account

now everything is ok
