veeam 9 upgrade issues - Hyper-v Cluster
Hi,
Since upgrading to v9 we are having multiple issues with backup jobs. We get a multitude of errors, they are:
02/11/2016 18:28:43 :: Unable to allocate processing resources. Error: Unable to find Hyper-V hosts where VM '6a3b0f66-3491-4cf5-a89c-5713df00390c' is registered
02/11/2016 18:58:40 :: Error: read: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
Unable to retrieve next block transmission command. Number of already processed blocks: [131].
Failed to download disk.
write: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
Failed to upload disk.
Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}.
02/11/2016 18:51:54 :: Error: Exception of type 'Veeam.Backup.AgentProvider.AgentClosedException' was thrown.
We have been advised to change the scheduled time of the job but i cannot see how that is instrumental to the issue as around the time of the job the hosts are not under load. None of these issues existed before the upgrade and NO changes have been made to the infrastructure, the main common error is "Unable to find Hyper-V hosts where VM", any ideas?
I am posting on here in case any other users have come across this.

Have Veeam &BR performed automatic upgrade of all its components after the upgrade?

Yes, all hosts have upgraded, i`ve run it again to check anyhow.

Then deep logs review seems to be required, so please continue working with your support engineer.

Hi Sven, the case was closed due to no response from the customer, so I recommend you opening your own case with support.
