FEATURE REQUEST: which repository belongs to which jobs ?
Hello,
the post title is not so clear, but I try to explain my idea.
When in Backup infrastructure/Repositories view of the VBR console, I think it's helpful to see which repository belongs to a particular job (see image).
For example in case of repository filesystem full, with a lot of jobs, I have to edit all jobs to see which one is writing on the problematic repository. However, I think there are much less repositories that jobs, and is easier to see the repo/job relation, rather than viceversa.
thank you

Hello Davide,
Do you use Veeam ONE?
There is a Job Configuration Dump report which can tell you desinations of all jobs. You may filter backup and backup copy jobs and review "Destination" option for all desired jobs.
Does it work for you?

...or you can use this view in Monitor Client that shows which jobs are targeted to the given repository > List of VMs in Backups

Hi all,
yes l'm using ONE and know that report, but if I'm on VBR Console, or a customer has not ONE, is more simple and fastest having this information without change framework.

Re: FEATURE REQUEST: which repository belongs to which jobs
Correct, but the list of jobs using repository is information, not repository setting, so as for me that`s not the best place for it.
As a workaround you may click "Remove repository" and VBR will give you a list of jobs using the repository. However if no jobs using it, the repository will be actually removed.

Yes, your FR is noted, we've just shown you a solution that you can start using now, without waiting till this feature is implemented in B&R.
