04/03/2017 17:21:12 :: Processing mailbox ** failed with error: Failed to get folder properties. The primary SMTP address must be specified when referencing a mailbox.

Really annoying me now... full uninstall re-install of latest version- same issue with a normal mailbox, only one mailbox reporting this issue affecting the job for all other mailboxes.

Veeam 0365 version = 1.0.0.912

Anyone have a clue?

Also can you verify yourself (or your O365 admin) if that specific mailbox is indeed referenced with the primary SMTP address. I remember from certain cloud gateway solutions that this could be a problem if you are referencing an email address which isn't the primary but an alias.

Hi,

I've opened a ticket- my account used with Veeam 365 is a global admin- and to confirm it's primary address is not an alias.
