Cannot install new instance of the SQL server

Hi,

Support Case # 02147388

While removing Veeam Backup & Replication 6.x and installing Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 the option for installing a new instance of the SQL server is grayed out and there is no SQL server with an instance installed.
I've made a support case but it takes too long for an answer and this problem is getting critical because our client has no backup for over a week now..

I tried removing the register keys, SQL server,... etc. nothing helps.

Hopefully someone can help me out because I'm overworking to solve this problem.
