backup for physical windows servers

Hello everyone,

Just a quick question. Is it possible to create a backup for a physical windows server, that has the agent for windows installed on, from the VBR console?
Or backups for such servers can only be created locally from each server using the agent for windows console?

Same question for restores please.

Hi,

At this point in time it is not possible. We announced the full management of the agents through VBR at VeeamON 2 weeks ago. This functionality will come in v10 of VBR.

For the restore. If you are saving your backups to a VBR repository, you can already restore files from the VBR console today
