Failed to get folder properties. An internal server error oc

Post by doeweb »

We have over 300 accounts failing due to them not being licensed, these are users that do not have active Office 365 licenses, is there a way to omit "unlicensed users" from attempting to be backed up?
Rather than having to go through each one and deselect them?

Failed to get folder properties. An internal server error occurred. The operation failed., Mailbox

Jeff,

First: Welcome to the community forums!
Second: What version are you using? 1 or 1.5?

Hi Jeff, could you please open a case and provide logs, so our engineers could take a look? Thanks.

Plus, we have a new version and it might be best that you upgrade to that one first. It contains bugfixes. More information is on the sticky thread here: veeam-backup-for-microsoft-office-365-f ... 39185.html
