Tape Export fails "no media in drive"

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with a Weekly tape export that every time runs, it end with the same error "no media in drive".
I have a HP tape library with two drives, and i have two export to tape jobs(one daily and one weekly)
The daily one goes well every day, instead the weekly one fails with this error, even if the media are correctly located in the pool where they shoul stay.
The only difference between the two jobs is the schedulation and one(the daily) overwrite the tapes every week so i don't have to change them, instead the other one uses new catridge every week.
I've tried everything, even re-creating the job but i cannot solve this,
What can i do?

UPDATE:
Just ended a call with veeam.
They crated a Registry entry to extend the timeout period of the cartridge from 60sec to 240sec.
Let's see if tomorrow the export is going to go ok.
