Cannot access "Manage registered storage devices"

Is it possible to use the manage registered storage devices to manage USB drives used for backup when the Veeam Agent for Windows is managed by Veeam Backup and Recovery?
The "Manage registered storage devices" link is greyed out in the local agent GUI and I can't find an equivalent in the VB&R console

Managed agents connected to Veeam B&R server do not support rotated drives. Instead you can use rotated drives as a part of Veeam B&R repository - check this article for more details. Thank you.
