for the past few days I have been receiving the following error on Veeam Office 365:

Connecting to remote server outlook.office365.com failed with the following error message : The server certificate on the destination computer (outlook.office365.com:443) has the following errors:
The SSL certificate could not be checked for revocation. The server used to check for revocation might be unreachable. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.


Has anyone received this error?

Hi Sam,

This is the first time I hear about this error. Could you please log a support call (assuming this is version 1.0 that you are talking about) and post the case ID (and after investigation the result) here?

We have the same error on our inital Veeam O365 Beta 3 configuration.
When adding the organization, the connection is made to MS Graph, but the EWS and Powershell connections fail with SSL errors.

Hi Tony, sadly we never got the logs nor a support case ID. I would suggest logging a support call for insight and let us know the case ID so we can follow it for future references. Thanks!
