exchange restore Index was outside the bounds of the array

Post by M119 »

Hello,

i have a problem when trying to restore one mailbox from Exchange servers using App aware processing.
I can open Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange, find user and examine all mailbox items.
However, after i choose to Export the whole mailbox to my desktop, i receive error Index was outside the bounds of the array.

interesting thing: When i tried to export only inbox, i did it successfully.

Does anyone have idea how to solve this issue?

P.S. I could not locate maindb.xml file.

Hi Tomislav, this is a known issue that will be addressed in Update 3 and there's a hotfix available for the current Update 2 as well. Please contact technical support if you'd like to get it. Also, it is always recommended to contact technical support first with all technical issues, since in most cases logs investigation is required and you're forwarded there anyway. Thanks.

Hello,

an old thread, but i run into it with v 9.5u4b (latest).
Want to extract the contact-folder within an exchange-mailbox (around 9000 contacts) and run into this problem.
The resulting file isn't very large in size (only text, some pictures).

What to do?

Thanks,

Manuel

You should contact Veeam support guys to get this resolved.

As a temporary possible workaround try to extract desired information in portions. This usually helps while having similar issues with e-mails.
