What is deduped?
Regarding Veeam's dedupe engine - what is the criteria for deduplication? Does it happen per VM, per job, per cluster, etc.?

Re: What is deduped?
In a replication job, does that mean there's a central database of some sort that references multiple VMs for restore purposes?

Re: What is deduped?
Dedupe does not apply to replication, as replicas are created in the native format (uncompressed). You may want to read the deduplication section of the sticky FAQ topic for more info on our deduplication.
