FLR URL times out - CASE ID 04651490

I just started using Veeam for GCP and completed my first backups. I am now testing a file level restore. The worker starts up fine, but the FLR url times out. I can SSH directly into the worker and I can see the target disk(s) mounted, so I could always manually copy files that way.

However, it would be better if we could use the interface as designed.

How can we fix the timeout issue?

I managed to resolve this. The issue was that the firewall rule I used was not open to 0.0.0.0/0. I tried to lock down the HTTPS access to the worker to my internal network only. It appears that is not supported at this time. Using a default-https firewall rule on the worker network configuration screen fixed the issue.

Enhancement request - lock workers so that we can control where they can be accessed and not open to the internet.
