Re: Failed to obtain storage quota
Is it an intermittent issue or you keep getting it? In the latter case, kindly, open a ticket, upload corresponding logs, and provide the case number here, so that we can help you to investigate the problem. Thanks.

Re: Failed to obtain storage quota
I have a open (that's what my job nowadays is, opening cases to Veeam).
Support told me to ignore these errors.

Hmm, is a new issue being discussed within the case 01851581? If so, we'll take a look to investigate it closer. Thanks.

Re: Failed to obtain storage quota
Just started getting this error after moving our Cloud Connect to update 4...and pushing clients to different cloud pools. Given that this error has come up before UPDATE 4 i wonder if i maybe need to update the tenants VBR ? Strangely some tenants work without issues!

Re: Failed to obtain storage quota
Seems i've figured out the issue, the VAC server couldnt see both cloud gateways... i've fixed that and there seem to be less of this error so far - as in none.

Re: Failed to obtain storage quota
I think what jayscarff did was to make all cloud gateways reachable from Veeam Service Provider Console, not sure how it helps, but this seems to have been the solution for jayscarff.
However, I still recommend you reaching support on your own - the causes of the issue might vary.
Thanks!

Re: Failed to obtain storage quota
Eranium, can you confirm that your gateways can contact the VSPC (formerly VAC)? Please take a look at the list of ports required for more info >
VSPC Prerequisites: Ports. If everything seems to be OK, then please contact our support team as Vladimir has recommended.
