Backblaze scale-out error

I have a repo that hasn't been able to scale out. It was working fine for about 2 months then just stopped. When i try and look at the Repo it fails. If I switch the gateway server to one at a different site it works. So I am guessing it's something related to the server the performance tier is on. This error references logs, but I am not sure what logs it's talking about? Anyone seen this one before and maybe know which server is should look for logs on?
