Now we have Management center version: 5.0.3.248. Can we upgrade it to 5.7?

Yes, upgrade to 5.7 is supported from 5.0.x and up.

I try to upgrade from MCS 5.0.3.248 to EMS 5.7 and get the error 1920. The user wich run EMS service is in Local Administrator group.
