Off topic - Feedback emails after cases closed
I have had a couple of support cases fixed by agents recently, but not had the follow up email asking for me to give feedback. Is this functionality working?
I would like to give some good feedback for both agents as they did really good job!

Yes, normally they are sent automatically for each case. Do you use the same email with Veeam Support as your forum registration email? I can ask to check if those emails were sent out to this email successfully or if there was some technical issue.

@talltim it appears that for the last two support cases, you have used an alternate southyorkshire-based email address instead of your forum registration one. Could this be the culprit?

I've had a look at the cases and although I log into the support portal with the same one as the forum, if I reply by email it comes from the southyorkshire one as that is now my default email. Both addresses belong to the same mailbox so I should receive emails sent to either, but we have changed company name since registering with Veeam.
Looking at my closed cases I see there is a Provide Feedback link so I will use that.
