Tape job will not run without backup job's GFS

We are planning to retain the daily/weekly backup in disk and weekly/monthly backup in tape.
Backup job configuration:
- Create synthetic full backup on every Saturday
- GFS enabled only for weekly
Tape job configuration:
- scheduled to run weekly backup on Sunday
- scheduled to run monthly backup on last Sunday of the month

However, the tape job will not run for monthly backup with the message: "No GFS candidate for Monthly media set was found for today, waiting"
I believe I should not enable monthly GFS in main backup job as the monthly backup will goes to tape only. Or should I enable the monthly GFS in main backup job as well?

The tape job is running now. I think because of others tape job was running and put the job on hold.
