VB&R - Percona XtraDB Cluster support

Hello,

Is it possible to backup Percona XtraDB Cluster that has 5 nodes with Veeam ?
In case of restore would it be there support for "Incremental State Transfer" (IST) or just for "State Snapshot Transfer" (SST) ?

Hello,
there is no official support from Veeam side for Percona XtraDB Clusters.

Backup is possible, because from Veeam side it's "just a VM".

It sounds like your only restore scenario is "full VM restore", right? In most cases it's a bad idea to do a full machine from a multi master replication cluster, because the global IDs might get messed up. I did not test it, maybe others have more experience with that.

Reading about XtraDB cluster, I would probably go for the official XtraBackup tool
