Powering on fail during SureBackup

I'm doing a SureBackup job for the first time.
Running it in the task detail fails in the "Powering on" task.
I already tried to increase the waiting time during the boot.
From the VMware console I see how the Windows VM starts.
Does anyone know where I can start to analyze where the problem is?

Hi Ser

Make sure that the VmWare Tools are running and detected. You can start a failed VM for manual troubleshooting. The VM stays online in the virtual lab until you cancel the session.
