[BUG] registry key for logdir not honered for ExplorerStandbyService

Hi all,

I assume this is a bug.
When using the following regkey:New-ItemProperty -Path "HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication" -Name "LogDirectory" -Value "D:\logs" -PropertyType "String" the folder "ExplorerStandbyService" will still be written to the default location: "C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\ExplorerStandByService\Logs"

using VBR 12.0.0.1420 P20230412

We are investigating the bug and fix it in one of the upcoming versions.
