[Cloud Director] Veeam plugin doesn't work

Hello,

we just migrated our vcloud from OS-based installation to appliance and Veeam plugin stopped working.

VMware Cloud Director version: 10.5.1.22821164
Veeam BR version: 12.1.2.172

After importing the plugin I opened it as System Administrator in vcloud and the standard page being displayed "Plug-in Configuration". I put my veeam URL https://<veeam-url>:9443 and it starts to roll across all tenants. Everything seems to proceed fine and it looks like it saved. But when I test it directly from the tenant it shows "unable to connect to the veeam backup infrastructure please contact your service provider"

When I open the https://<veeam-url>:9443 directly in the browser, everything seems fine and I can log in.

Does anyone have any clue?

yes, EM portal itself works as expected.

EM is updated together with B&R, so 12.1.2.172

Found a solution with Veeam support

after vCD migration the only problem was broken sync between EM and CD.

The solution was in EM - Configuration -> Roles -> Rebuild Roles and that was it.
