Feature Request: create active full backups every 2 weeks
Within the backup job there should be a schedule setting for creating active full backups every second week and not only monthly or weekly.

Re: Feature Request: create active full backups every 2 weeks
Hi Thomas,
Could you share the reason for scheduling an Active Full every two weeks? Many of our customers now use repositories that support FastClone or object storage. Running Active Full backups could negate the space-saving benefits these types of repositories offer.
As an alternative, you could use PowerShell scripts and Windows Task Scheduler to initiate an Active Full backup outside the regular schedule.
Best,
Fabian

Code: Select all
Get-VBRJob -Name "Job-Name" | Start-VBRJob -FullBackup
