Hello Dears ,
Support ID: 03602714
every time I try to deploy tthe helper appliance I get the below error:
Failed to add backup appliance: Socket read operation has timed out after 30000 milliseconds.
Also where can I find the logs for this operation so I can troubleshoot.
Thank you

Re: Unable to deploy GCP helper appliance
Update I changed the SA by deploying it using my GCP user:
now it fails with below:
Failed to add backup appliance: Failed to execute ssh command "sudo apt-get -q -y install veeamgcpbackup". Error: E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
. Output: Reading package lists...
Building dependency tree...

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Depends: libc6-dev but it is not going to be installed or
libc-dev
