Veeam 13 (any version) - "Plug-ins update is required" repeatedly when connecting to console from my machine and switchi

Hi, an annoying one, we're on Veeam 13.0.1.2067 (March 13, 2026), this has been going on since upgrading to previous v13 version.

We've two seperate instances of Veeam (due to two different infrastructures), I access both from my machine (always have, using the older thick conole before V13 didn't have this issue).

When I switch between them, I always get these messages:
"Plug-ins update is required" followed by: "updating plug-ins." - after which I need to close the client and open again in order to reconenct to my cached account.
Both are running the same version and plug-ins, this keeps happening when switchign from one to nother, in any order.

Hi AVavav,

Are you trying to manage Windows- and Linux-based Veeam Backup & Replication servers from the same Veeam Backup & Replication console? This is not supported.

If both Veeam Backup & Replication servers are deployed on the same OS type and have the exact same plug-in builds and hotfixes installed, please contact Veeam Customer Support so this can be investigated. Please share the case number with me.

Hi Fabian,
No, two identical Windows servers, one on each domain.
Built 5 years ago, running Windows 2016.
Worked using one remote console wthout any need for daily updates. up until going to v13

We have exactly the same issue.

1 install is al clean v13 installation en later the 2067 patch update
The other is a upgraded v13, from v12.3 straight to v13 2067 (both in windows 2019)

The difference looks to me that some plugins have different versions.
