Hello,
When I select the mailbox I want to search in Advanced Search and apply two filters, the search does not work.
Filter 1 (Primary)
- Category: All Fields
- Field: Sent
- Condition: between
- From Date: 10/05/2026
- To Date: 15/05/2026
Filter 2 (Primary)
- Category: All Fields
- Field: Sender Address
- Condition: is exactly
- Value: Account Manager's Email Address
When searching with the filters above, emails sent by the account manager within the specified date range should appear, but they do not show up correctly.
If I change the Field in Filter 2 to “Sender Name” and enter the account manager's name as the Value, the search works correctly.
Interestingly, in versions prior to July 2025, setting the Field in Filter 2 to “Sender Address” and entering the customer representative's email address as the Value would return results normally, even though this configuration currently does not work.
The customer wants to search by email address, not by name.
Can this be addressed?
