VM Essentials plugin for Veeam 13.0.2067

I have an existing Veeam Backup and Replication server v13.0.1.2067.

* Installed the Veeam Plugin for VM Essentials (veeampluginhpemorpheusvme_13.1.0.271.zip)
* Rebooted Veeam Backup server.

Under backup infrastructure >> Managed servers >> Add servers >> Virtualization Platforms ====>

HPE Morpheus Plugin integration options not visible. Uninstall / reboot & reinstall not working.
other: accessing the Veeam Console from a remote system detects the VM Essentials plugin was installed on VBR server during 1st login.

Is this a Veeam Software Appliance? If so, please contact support. We discovered a bug in the last week with the VSA and the HPE VME plug-in where the service isn't set to enabled and doesn't automatically start on OS reboots
