Hello,
I am having issue while adding Service Provider from Veeam Software Appliance Server 'Connection to Cloud Provider cannot be established'
Detail error on the log says Failed to retrieve tenant type from cloud provider'
However adding same service provider from Windows based VEEAM B&R is successful using same IP Address, same tenant info and same self-signed certificate.
Tested connection and port from Tenant VSA is successful as well.
Is there is other steps or additional setting need to do in VSA?

No, it should just work. One additional step you have todo if you want your service provider manage your backup server. You need to open Host Management UI and allow the installation of monitoring agents. But the error message you get must be regarding something else.
