File level restore plug in

I have a virtual server setup running Veeam Backup. I cannot install VMware player as it complains that it cannot be installed inside a virtual server. Veeam backup works great inside the Virtual server. Is there anything I can do to get the file level restore plugin to work in this configuration? IE ways to fool vmware player to install?

Yes, there is workaround that lets you install and run VMware Player in a VM.
