Constant Warning Icon in System Tray
With the latest version of ONE and the latest patch, my system tray always shows a warning. Hovering over it shows 1 warning.
If I look through the ONE client software, there is no mention of any warnings at all.
If I click on the warning in the tray, it brings me to the warning section of the client but again, it lists no warnings...
What could be causing this?
Thanks!

Hello Colin,
Do you have all object filters enabled in the Alarms tab? Are there any warning icons in the infrastructure tree?
Thank you!

Re: Constant Warning Icon in System Tray
There are no warning icons. And I have it set to show all warning for all objects and there are no warnings.
Yet, it still shows a warning in the system Tray.
I am using the ONE client on Windows 8, I'm not sure if that makes any difference.

Yes, many times.
I'll try taking it up with support. It also happened before the latest patch installation.

[MERGED] : Systray icon not accurately reflecting alerts
Hello,
I recently installed Monitor on Win 8.1 and the icon in the systray has never shown anything other than a red octagon. I currently have zero alerts or warnings but when hovering over the icon it says I have 3 alerts and 2 warnings.

Re: Constant Warning Icon in System Tray
As long as you don't have any warnings in the infrastructure tree, there should be no warnings in tray. You can try to restart Monitor Client and see whether it helps or not. In the latter case, please, open a case with our support team.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Constant Warning Icon in System Tray
SOLVED
Same situation. Warning icon in tray but no alarm in infrastructure view. BUT I FOUND WARNING IN "DATA PROTECTION VIEW". So I resolve it and tray icon is back in "green".
