Proxy node looses the cluster storage

Post by tobia »

I have the same trouble.
After v6.5 to v7 update at the first backup the backup proxy node seems to loose tha cluster storage and all its VM goes in error.

These are the Cluster error events:

Code: Select all

Cluster Shared Volume 'Volume1' ('Cluster Disk 2') is no longer available on this node because of 'STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT(c00000b5)'. All I/O will temporarily be queued until a path to the volume is reestablished.

The cluster Resource Hosting Subsystem (RHS) stopped unexpectedly. An attempt will be made to restart it. This is usually associated with recovery of a crashed or deadlocked resource. Please determine which resource and resource DLL is causing the issue and verify it is functioning properly.
My case n. 00452085

I had this happen, but come to think of it did not corrolate it to a backup job that ran at that time because it only happened on the first full backup. I wonder if I kick off a full job if it will happen again.
