[Improvement Request] Add-VBRNetworkTrafficRule v12 Functionality

Hi,

Can I please request that the new functionality that was added to the v12 Network Traffic rules gets added to Add/Set-VBRNetworkTrafficRule Cmdlets please.

Specifically I can't:
Change TargetIPStart & TargetIPEnd parameters to 'All Public IP Addresses'

I also can't define an Unthrottle amount.

Why do I need this:
To script the creation of in hours / out of hours rules for many branch sites to access Cloud-based Object Storage

Please can this be considered for a future release.
