I recently released a script on VeeamHub that automates the Veeam environment upgrade to v11. It can be used to upgrade both Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager and Veeam Backup & Replication Server.
If you're a VCSP, the script can also be used for Cloud Connect environment upgrades.
