Configure Long-Term Retention

Hi, I am curious since I cannot find any information in the PowerShell reference Guide.
How can I configure the long term retention (GFS) for a Backup job via Powershell.

I want to automate the create Backup Job for our tenants and I need to set some configure some backups with GFS.

I found my answer in the VBRJobOptions - ForBackupJob

Under GfsPolicy i can edit the values to match our policy and set thet attribute to the created job.
